Refund Process

• Receipt and Inspection

1. Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item.

2. Receipt and inspection time may take up to seven (7) business days.

• Refund - Refunds for Jewellery will be issued via the original payment method, or by cheque if the original payment method was bank transfer, cash, or certain other payments requiring special processing.

Return Policies

1. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.

2. Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

3. Packages without a Return Shipping Authorization Number or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund.

4. Gold coin products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Please record an unboxing video while opening the package, as it may be required in case of any damage, missing items, or delivery-related concerns.

JEWELLERY - EXCHANGE & RETURN DEDUCTION

1. Exchange: 20% of the amount will be deducted.

2. Return: 30% of the amount will be deducted.
